R.I.P. Len Lesser

Veteran actor Len Lesser, best known as Uncle Leo in Seinfield, has died in Los Angeles at the age of 88.
Lesser’s career dates back to the 60s. He played a Chaos agent in Get Smart and had roles in The Munsters, The Monkees and ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’.
Lesser was a memorable character in Seinfeld although he only ever appeared in 15 episodes playing Jerry’s Uncle Leo.
During his career Len Lesser worked with Clint Eastwood in ‘Kelly’s Heroes’ and Steve McQueen in ‘Papillon’. He has also worked with Barbra Streisand and Dustin Hoffman.
Len died from cancer-related pneumonia. He is survived by his daughter Michele, son David and three grandchildren.
